As Executive Vice President of Public Relations, Stacey Gaswirth directly oversees the firm’s PR division with a focus on client service and new business development. Her understanding of how to provide clients with result-driven programs has given Shelton Group a competitive advantage.

Gaswirth joined Shelton Group in 1997. Starting with one employee and one client, Gaswirth built the PR department into a success. Under her direction, Shelton Group has received top honors from PR Week, Dallas Business Journal, International Communicator Awards, O’Dwyer’s, The Holmes Report and Ernst & Young. The PR team has flourished under her leadership and has clients located across the nation and abroad with billings of up to $1.6 million annually.

A former television news anchor and reporter, Gaswirth uses her journalism background and innate strategic nature as a foundation to help clients outline and achieve their goals. She uses a keen sense of logic and reasoning in research, planning, execution and evaluation to help her clients. Gaswirth’s extensive knowledge stems from a system of thorough research, which includes client’s products, services, management team, philosophy and industry differentiators, as well as identical elements within the client’s competitors and the industry as a whole. Gaswirth has built a team of talented professionals with diverse skill sets and backgrounds that, when strategically combined, are a well-tailored group from which clients receive maximum results.

Gaswirth earned her bachelor’s degree in communications and journalism from the University of Denver and her master’s degree in journalism from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
