Financial Industry Veteran Strengthens Foundation for Continued Expansion, Efficiency and Corporate Growth of Integrated Communications Firm

DALLAS (Dec. 15, 2003) – Shelton, an integrated communications firm providing public relations (PR), investor relations (IR), creative services and marketing for high-tech companies, announced that it has promoted Leanne Sievers, a 13-year veteran of investment management and shareholder relations, to executive vice president of investor relations (IR).

In her new expanded role, Sievers is responsible for helping to manage the firm’s operations, developing new business, and continuing the management and growth of the IR department.

During her tenure at Shelton, Sievers has leveraged her knowledge, relationships and background in the financial community to build and manage the IR department and provide strategic direction and insight to clients. Under her direction, the Shelton IR team has implemented successful IR programs and campaigns for several promising technology clients, such as AMI Semiconductor, Alliance Semiconductor and Mosys.

Sievers has also been instrumental in expanding the firm’s integrated client list. More specifically, she has increased the IR client list by 100 percent over the past two years; securing strategic account wins in the public and private sector.

“Shelton is fortunate to have someone of Leanne Sievers’ caliber managing our investor relations team. The strategic value and expertise she provides to our clients as well as our firm has helped sustain our leadership position and continues to fuel our success and growth,” said Jodi Shelton, president and chief executive officer of Shelton. “With anticipated economic recovery and IPO resurgence in 2004, our company is well positioned to actively support this positive market activity through our uniquely integrated offerings and the experience and reputation of our team.”

Sievers began her career as a licensed stockbroker with Merrill Lynch and later started her own investment planning business, where she consulted with individuals and small businesses regarding their financial and investment needs. Additionally, she has worked in corporate and agency communications environments implementing strategic investor communication programs for numerous companies.

Sievers graduated with honors from Texas Christian University, where she earned her bachelor of business administration in finance with a specialization in accounting. She is an active member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and Public Relations Organisation International (PROI). Sievers participates in community and industry seminars as an IR expert and has been a featured speaker for Fortune 500 corporations, investment clubs, women’s organizations and local universities.
